Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases from AoGoodieClub through our website and to direct orders where these terms are provided before purchase. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Personalised Item Policy, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.
Ordering
Please provide accurate contact, delivery and personalisation details, and review your order before submitting it. For direct or custom enquiries, we will confirm the agreed products, personalisation, quantity, price, shipping and any essential timing requirements in writing before requesting payment. An enquiry or request for a quote does not commit you to purchasing.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Australian dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Applicable shipping and any other agreed charges will be disclosed before payment. Payment is required before production unless we agree a different arrangement in writing. Prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an existing order without your agreement.
Availability and errors
If a genuine stock, listing or pricing error prevents us from supplying an order as agreed, we will contact you promptly and explain the available options. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge an additional amount without your consent. If we cannot fulfil the agreed order and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled portion and any associated delivery charge that is no longer applicable.
Personalisation and approvals
You are responsible for checking the details you submit and any proof you approve. Changes after production begins may require a new item and an additional agreed charge. We remain responsible for producing the item in accordance with the agreed specifications. Please see our Personalised Item Policy for full details.
Customer-supplied material
If you provide a logo, photograph, design or other material, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorise us to use it only as needed to fulfil your order. We may decline a request where we reasonably believe it infringes another person’s rights or is unlawful. If we cannot proceed, we will explain the position and refund any payment for work we have not supplied, subject to applicable law.
Product information and safety
Read the product description, care instructions, age guidance and warnings before purchasing and using an item. Images may include styling props; only items expressly listed as included form part of the purchase. Handmade and 3D-printed items may have minor variations, but must still meet applicable consumer guarantees and the agreed description. Children’s products and items containing small parts or batteries must be used in accordance with their specific safety instructions.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates are separate. Please tell us about essential event dates before ordering and obtain written confirmation of any specific commitment. Changes, cancellations and returns
Change-of-mind restrictions for personalised items are explained in our Personalised Item Policy and Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. This includes any entitlement to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Privacy and website content
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Website photographs, text and original designs owned by AoGoodieClub may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Questions and disputes
Please contact info@aomiffy.com with your order number and details of your concern. We will review it and work with you towards an appropriate resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. This does not prevent you from using a court, tribunal or complaint process available to you under applicable law.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided or available when you placed your order will continue to apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed with you.
