Australian delivery
We offer standard shipping Australia-wide:
• Orders of AU$40 or more: FREE standard shipping.
• Orders under AU$40: AU$10 standard shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges. This offer applies to Australian delivery addresses only.
Express or other upgraded delivery services, if available, are charged separately and agreed before purchase.
International delivery
International shipping is available to eligible destinations. Charges depend on the destination, packed order weight and available delivery service.
Please refer to the shipping options and charges displayed at checkout. If your destination or an appropriate shipping option is unavailable, email info@aomiffy.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide a quote.
Australian free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Some products, including items containing batteries, may have destination or carrier restrictions. We will confirm any relevant restrictions before accepting an international order.
Production and dispatch
Personalised products need time to be made. Production time is separate from postal delivery time.
Please check the product listing or your written order confirmation for the applicable production estimate. Production begins after payment and receipt of all required personalisation details and approvals. Delays in receiving these details may affect the dispatch date.
If you need your order for a particular event, contact us before ordering. A date entered in an order note does not by itself confirm that we can meet it.
Tracking and delivery estimates
Tracking details will be provided where the selected shipping service includes tracking.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us. We will assist with the carrier enquiry and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by you or because it was not collected, we may ask you to cover reasonable additional postage before resending it. We will explain and agree these costs with you first.
This does not apply where the problem was caused by us or where you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law.
Customs and import charges
International orders may attract destination-country import duties, taxes or handling fees. Unless expressly included in your order total, these are payable by the recipient.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Local pickup
Pickup in Doncaster, Victoria may be arranged in advance. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and agree a collection time before travelling.
